Tom Benscoter brings more than 25 years of senior financial executive experience to American Tax & Financial Services, having served as Chief Financial Officer for numerous private and publicly-held technology, telecommunications, and higher education corporations, including the NASDAQ-listed predecessor company to NEXTEL.  In addition, he has also served as a senior associate with Performance Group, a nationwide private investment banking firm, specializing in financial and tax consultingfor a variety of individual and corporate clients.

 Mr. Benscoter is also a highly-acclaimed professor of Accounting and Business Law in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Phoenix.  He received both Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees in Financial Management from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
